Updating our original Sale Manager program to Sale Manager NxGen in 2025 was easy. The Sale Entry spreadsheet format and added fields resulted in smoother sale clerking during our 2025 auction. Customer support through Cow Sense is patient and concise.

We have not used Sale Manager yet as there are other platforms out there that have worked well for us. We used the Cow Sense Sale Manager back in 2019 and at that time, for us it was hard to get herd information into the program and make it work with our sale management team. We are looking into it now that they have updated the program. As a whole, it is a wonderful tool to have all the options compatible with the NexGen program to keep data up to speed.
